Terms of Service

Last updated: [date]

These terms are an agreement between you and [Company legal name], [registered address] (“MyeSIm”, “we”). By buying a plan you accept them.

What you buy

A prepaid mobile data plan delivered as an eSIM. Each plan has a data amount, a number of days and the countries where it works, all shown before you pay. Plans include data only. They do not include a phone number, calls or texts.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your currency and include applicable taxes. The price you see at checkout is held for 30 minutes. You pay once. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.

When a plan starts

A plan’s days start when your eSIM first connects to a supported network in a country the plan covers. Unused data does not carry over after the plan ends. Data you add with a top-up follows the validity shown when you buy it.

Your phone

You need an eSIM-capable iPhone that is not locked to a carrier. The app checks this before you pay. Coverage and speed depend on local networks and may vary.

Refunds

If your eSIM was never installed, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Once a plan is installed, we refund it only if it could not work because of a problem on our side or our network partner’s. Ask in the in-app chat or email myesimsupport@gmail.com.

[EU right of withdrawal: confirm with your lawyer how the 14-day withdrawal right applies once the eSIM has been delivered and installed, and what consent text the checkout must show.]

Fair use

Don’t use MyeSIm for anything illegal, to resell data, or in ways that harm the network. We may suspend a plan that is clearly being misused.

Liability

We are responsible for delivering the plan you paid for. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as missed bookings, caused by local network outages outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law where you live.
